Form to a Force
If your assembly application requires the rivet to be formed to a force then the Orbitform industrial process control methodology can help you achieve that force setting. The Orbitform powerhead will keep forming until the required forming force is attained.
Monitor Dwell Time
Some riveting applications achieve the correct rivet shank swell only if the rivet is formed under pressure for a minimum amount of time. Orbitform's process monitoring system solutions will determine if the dwell time was achieved during each machine cycle.
